Job Overview

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will take ownership of building and optimizing mobile applications, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and play a key role in shaping the mobile app architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Expo and CLI).
  • Architect and develop scalable, maintainable React Native applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, QA).
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews.
  • Plan, estimate, and track mobile development tasks.
  • Optimize applications for performance and user experience.
  • Research and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Debug, test, and ensure reliability across the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with React Native development, particularly with the Expo framework.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and OOP principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON data handling, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, Zustand).
  • Experience with Maps and location-based services (Google Maps, React Native Maps, Mapbox).
  • Experience working with UI component libraries (NativeBase, React Native Paper, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub).
  • Basic understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools(Flipper, React DevTools ).
  • Eagerness to learn new libraries, frameworks, and best practices in mobile development.

Education
