Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and analysis for complex projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bridging business needs with technical solutions, working with Agile teams, and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze complex business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and detailed use cases (very important in responsibility list).
  • Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices to track changes and impacts.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements to optimize business operations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Support testing and validation of implemented solutions, ensuring adherence to requirements.
  • Provide project status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders and management.

Education

  • Excellent command of English and Bengali languages.
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience working on international projects.
